Animation check
No Empty Actions
Checks for objects that have animation data and an assigned Action, but the Action contains no keyframes.
Why this check exists
An Action assigned but containing no keyframes does nothing, but can mislead artists, riggers, or scripts that check for an assigned Action as a proxy for 'this object is animated.' Unassigning it also allows Blender to detect it as orphan data for cleanup, if nothing else references it.
