Animation check
No Empty Animation Data
Checks for objects that contain empty animation data. Objects using an Action, NLA strips, or drivers are considered valid.
Why this check exists
An empty animation_data block is a leftover from a deleted Action, driver, or NLA strip. It doesn't do anything on its own, but its presence can mislead tools, scripts, or artists who check for animation_data as a shortcut for 'this object is animated' — flagging a false positive where nothing is actually animated.
