Modeling check
Unique Vertices
Checks for overlapping/duplicate vertices (multiple vertices sharing nearly the same position within a configurable tolerance).
Why this check exists
Unintentional overlapping vertices can create ugly shading seams and ruin animations by letting mesh pieces tear apart during deformation. They can also break tools like Boolean and Decimate, and cause problems when exporting to game engines or 3D printers.
